Pesawaran (MI-NET) – The Indonesian Cyber Media Association (SMSI) of Pesawaran Regency, in collaboration with the National Alms Agency (Baznas) of Pesawaran, will provide financial assistance to dozens of orphans and underprivileged children during the upcoming 1st SMSI Pesawaran Regency Conference (Muskab I), scheduled for Thursday, October 30, 2025.

The event will take place at the SMSI Secretariat on Jln. Raya Kedondong, Dusun Sukamarga, Gedong Tataan, Pesawaran.

“This donation program is one of the activities of SMSI Pesawaran, and we are grateful for the support from Baznas Pesawaran. We hope everything runs smoothly as planned,” said the Chairman of the Muskab I Organizing Committee, Heri Kodri.

Heri explained that the donation program marks an early step in SMSI Pesawaran’s commitment to collaborating with various stakeholders in support of government programs.

“We want SMSI’s presence to go beyond media affairs. We aim to bring broader benefits, especially to the community,” he added.

Meanwhile, Ahmad Fudholi, staff member of the Baznas Pesawaran Secretariat, stated that Baznas has a range of social programs in addition to supporting orphans.

Baznas is also ready to assist underprivileged residents who require medical treatment at hospitals.

“We will help and, if needed, escort patients to the Pesawaran Regional General Hospital. Anyone in need can come to the Baznas Hospital (RSB), where they can receive FREE medical treatment,” Fudholi said on Saturday, October 25, 2025.

It is known that Baznas currently operates the Baznas Hospital (RSB), which has been in service since January 2024.

“Our ambulances are equipped with modern medical tools, including cardiac stimulators and other advanced equipment. Underprivileged residents may come directly to the Baznas Hospital for assistance,” he added. (Sur).
